Sandia leads overall strategy and operations for CalcFocus and supports the team in achieving its vision and goals. A seasoned insurance technology leader, she has held key positions at both Vitech and Guidewire, where she spent nearly 20 years driving major initiatives and contributing to the company’s successful growth. She brings deep industry expertise and a strong track record of building high performing teams and scaling technology platforms.

Tommy McCahill

Founder and Chief Product Officer

Tommy has primary responsibility for CalcFocus direction and product design. Prior to CalcFocus, Tommy designed and built insurance enterprise application software, consulting for leading insurance technology providers and their customers. Tommy is a founding partner of CalcFocus.

Founder

Lindsey manages the team that configures customer engagements, applying her background in Physics and Mathematics to complex annuity and life insurance programming. Lindsey is an insurance product and processing expert. Prior to joining CalcFocus, Lindsey worked for Equisoft and has consulted for various policy administration platform providers, successfully implementing illustration and policy administration processes.

Chief Delivery Officer

Pam leads client services for CalcFocus, ensuring success and impact with partners. She previously co-founded AdminServer and has 25 years in the insurance space, helping innovate and bring to life insurance technology offerings for clients.

Nate Thompson

VP, Head of Sales & Marketing

Nate Thompson leads sales, marketing, and partnership initiatives at CalcFocus, bringing extensive experience in insurance technology strategy, digital distribution, and revenue growth across the financial services industry. A seasoned enterprise sales executive, he has a proven track record of building and scaling high-performing teams and developing innovative distribution strategies. Nate has held key sales and leadership roles at Zinnia, American Life, Nationwide Financial, and PNC Bank. Most recently, he managed strategic accounts and delivered end-to-end life and annuity technology solutions to some of the largest carriers and distributors in the United States. With experience spanning the full insurance and financial services ecosystem—from carriers to distributors to financial advisors serving end consumers—Nate offers a unique perspective on how technology can simplify sales, accelerate processes, and elevate the customer experience across the entire journey.

Christine Peart

Chief Financial Officer

Christine leads finance, accounting and human resources for CalcFocus and partners with the entire team in achieving its vision and goals. A seasoned finance leader, she has held key positions at both Fluence Technologies and CoreView, where she spent her tenure driving major initiatives and contributing to the company’s successful growth. She is a successful executive leader, operational strategist, and trusted advisor in driving financial and operational efficiency.

Srinivasan Ranganathan

Chief Technology Officer

Srini has primary responsibility for CalcFocus technology and solution infrastructure. Before joining CalcFocus, Srini led customer technology solutions working with MetLife, AdminServer (now Oracle Insurance), EquiSoft, and Prudential Financial. Srini oversees the CalcFocus technical roadmap.

Bhushan Chatnani

Chief Security Officer

Bhushan manages CalcFocus’ proprietary, state-of-the art security controls framework and manages customer integration with CalcFocus’ cloud hosted Software as a Service engagements. Prior to CalcFocus, Bhushan served as a software architect for AdminServer’s (then Oracle’s) insurance policy administration platform and for Graphite GTC’s integrated ‘no-code’ tool suite.

Sergei Iakimenko

Chief Architect

As Chief Architect, Sergei leads the design and implementation of the CalcFocus tool suite. Prior to CalcFocus, Sergei made his career as a lead technical architect, always working within the insurance domain, at ECTA Corporation, Milliman, iGATE/Patni and AdminServer (now Oracle Insurance).
