CalcFocus signs a contract to implement new products, new commission structures, and new modern payment methods for an existing CalcFocus cloud-hosted customer, as they look to significantly expand their business.

Philadelphia, PA, August 1, 2022 – The first client to implement CalcFocus’ cloud-hosted Achieve Policy Administration System, a Southwest Voluntary Benefits Life Insurance company, has added a new sales force to market and sell a suite of new products.

The new sales force will have a new compensation model and policy administration will also add a group of new payment options including Venmo, Apple Pay, and more.

The platform includes new business enrollments, re-enrollment and life event processing, billing and premium collection, accounting, policy owner services, agent management and commission processing, claims processing, upstream and downstream integrations, correspondence, and reporting.

The employee portal will be extended for the new sales force customer base.
