CalcFocus successfully delivers a cloud-hosted Group Enrollment Platform for a Southwest Voluntary Benefits Life Insurance company.

Philadelphia, PA, November 1, 2019 – CalcFocus announces production release  of its cloud-hosted automated enrollment system for a Southwest Voluntary Benefits Life Insurance company.

Comprehensive benefit eligibility, enrollment effective date determination, product selection with configurable guaranteed and jet issue rules, employee class and list bill configuration, e-forms, e-Signature, outbound email and SMS messages, and compliance rules are all managed from the CalcFocus Achieve Policy Administration platform. This initial deployment also includes the ability to aggregate list bills and online billing statements for employee groups and employee participants. Various inbound and outbound interfaces were delivered including census and re-enrollment inbound feeds and outbound feeds to support Flexible Spending Account and Dependent Care debit card management.
