CalcFocus signs contract to implement a cloud-hosted Policy Administration Platform for a Southwest Voluntary Benefits Life Insurance company.

Philadelphia, PA, February 10, 2020 – CalcFocus announces it has signed its first client to implement our recently released cloud-hosted Achieve Policy Administration System for a Southwest Voluntary Benefits Life Insurance company. 

The platform includes new business, re-enrollment processing, billing and premium collection, accounting, policy owner services, agent management and commission processing, claims processing, upstream and downstream integrations, correspondence and reporting.

An employee portal will extend the CalcFocus deployed automated enrollment system to support employer/employee self-enrollment, and a self-service capability that will enable employees to view policy benefits, submit claims and view payment history.
