Top-tier Voluntary Benefits Universal Life Carrier Selects CalcFocus for ‘As is’/ ‘What-if’ Inforce Illustrations and Annual Statement Robo-Advice Document Creation

Philadelphia, PA, January 9, 2018 – CalcFocus is pleased to announce that one of the largest voluntary benefits universal life carriers has subscribed to CalcFocus cloud-hosted ‘as is’/ ‘what-if’ inforce illustrations and annual statement robo-advice document creation services.

The carrier will securely access CalcFocus services real-time from four different legacy administration systems. The annual report robo-advice service includes individual inspection of every policyholder’s current state with a goal to identify policies where enhanced information might be beneficial for customers. CalcFocus may create one to ten “what-if” illustrations to populate the individual annual report documents.

“It is very exciting to work with a carrier committed to keeping their policyholders informed both when annual reports are created and, also, whenever an ‘as-is’ / ‘what-if’ inforce illustration is requested”, says Tommy McCahill, CalcFocus’ President and CEO. “This carrier’s CalcFocus subscription contemplates hundreds of thousands to millions of inforce illustration services per year mostly purposed for robo-advice.”

Sergei Iakimenko, CalcFocus’ Chief Architect, adds “We are also quite pleased that an industry leader has verified our security and performance to build and deploy thousands of documents that may populate tens of thousands of inforce what-if solves on any given date.”
